Weni, a journalist, deliberately manipulates herself into becoming a prisoner in order to uncover the mystery of the death of her sister, Ratna, in a terrible ward which the prisoners call the curse room because those who enter it will end up dying. Everyone who has contact with Bella will end up in the isolation ward by the head of the prison, Herman. In prison, only Rusdiah, a psychologist, is gentle, kind and motivates the prisoners.
